What is a Fixer Membership?

Our Fixer Membership gets you routine visits from your preferred Fixer, to tackle all sorts of home repairs & upgrades. We've created an interactive home maintenance platform, where we've made it easy for our members to keep track of their tasks. Our main goal is to help you stay ahead of preventative tasks, repairs, and make regular progress towards your priorities as a homeowner — whether that means entertaining, raising your family, comfortably working from home, or enjoying your space however you like to.

All of this comes with Membership perks like a 15% discounted rate each visit, no charge for time your Fixer spends shopping for extra materials or parts you may need, VIP preferred scheduling, and more.

All of the membership benefits are available for $199 per year. Members also get discounted rates and free shopping time during each in-home visit.

Can I cancel my membership?

Answer

Yes, you can cancel at anytime by emailing our Concierge team at concierge@fixer.com. There are no fees to cancel.

What services are provided?

Most members start by catching up on projects they have been putting off, and then getting into routine maintenance. You'll have access to our Interactive Home Maintenance Platform, allowing you to customize and prioritize your tasks to meet the needs of your home.

Generally speaking, your Fixer can handle: Plumbing, Electrical, Door repairs, Wall repairs, Mounting & Hanging, Windows, Smart Home Technologies, Furniture Assembly, and other more difficult-to-categorize handyperson challenges.

How often will you visit?

We schedule monthly visits, so there’s one less thing to manage on your to-do list. We are happy to update your schedule to something that works better for you, if you prefer.

Are Fixers licensed, bonded, & insured?

Answer

Yes, of course! We are licensed, bonded, and insured in every area we operate. For more specific questions about our licensure, please email concierge@fixer.com. For California residents, our license for the Contractors State License Board is #1104427.
